How Our Huller Prepares Coffee for Quality Processing
Our huller machine removes the dry outer layer of coffee beans with accuracy. This step makes sure the beans are clean and smooth, ready for grading, sorting, or roasting. Using proper equipment helps reduce damage and maintain bean quality, supporting farmers in producing premium Bukidnon coffee beans.
What Our Density Machine Does
Our density machine separates coffee beans based on size and weight, removing smaller or lighter beans. This helps ensure consistent bean size for even roasting and better coffee quality.
How Our Color Sorter Ensures Bean Quality
Our color sorter uses imaging technology to identify and remove defective or discolored beans. This ensures only high-quality Bukidnon coffee beans pass through, improving consistency, appearance, and cup quality.
How Bukapex Roast Coffee
We roast our Bukidnon coffee in small batches using our own roasting machine. This process highlights each bean’s flavor, maintains balanced acidity, and produces the rich aroma of premium Philippine Arabica.
